She’s moving to Toronto in the hopes of getting her transplant sooner, but the costs of her care and housing are prohibitive. If you can help, Cheryl’s friends have set up a trust fund. The May 2005 video showing then 15-year-old Willow Kinloch being cuffed and tethered in a Victoria police cell is certainly disturbing. The police indicate the footage does not show everything that occurred during the four hour ordeal but what is shown makes one wonder if a 15-year-old girl needed to be detained in such a way.
