Temp Bottle Collectors Wanted in Vancouver

Paying people to collect bottles - stupid.

This is a late entry for the 2009 “Stupid Idea of the Year”: City of Vancouver plans to spend $50k to hire 22 people to retrieve recyclable containers from 250 containers during the Olympics. Umm…doesn’t this already happen for FREE? What do you think? Call in at 1pm
